I bought two raised planter boxes in the spring was so impressed by the product, I bought two more for next spring.no real directionsI love kits and I'm quite handy, but I don't want to do any carpentry. The raised beds we received were incredibly difficult to piece together (if you want it to be sturdy and last). Most people seem to be pleased with the kits so we probably got a couple of wonky ones? Instead of returning them, because it's a pain in the @ss, I hired a handy person to put the beds together.Easy to put together and sturdy...the ease of putting my vegetables/gardening is priceless! Love it!Very easy to put together if you treat the oil with oil to protect it from weather. I used Tung oil...but you can use linseed or any wood oil that is not toxic. You don't want it to leach into your food. You will need a drill.We planted vegetables in it.Bought two of raised garden beds (for planning to plant veggie in my screened patio) mainly based on its look & best price I could find from Amazon (even there was no review available at that time). I was very happy after opened the package and saw nice clean quality of woods and clean cuts for assembly. It took me about less than 20 minutes to assembly the first one but I spent more than 20 minutes trying to stablize the "somehow could still wobble" bed. Finally I realized how important and necessary to apply the attached clue to "conjunct gap at top of bed leg" as the simple picture instruction indicated. And I could see how it got stronger and stronger as the glue getting drying up. The second bed only took me total of 15 minutes to finish it. I wait for one day to check them after finished and they both were very sturdy and strong. Very happy and satisfied with my purchase and would strongly recommand it.Just placed order for additional unit
