Size & color are great. Lightweight. Water gauge could be better designInitially I had issues getting the water gauge to indicate that any water was in the planter. This was very frustrating given that the whole reason I'd purchased this self-watering planter in the first place was because it would indicate when I needed to refill it. That's when I decided to contact the company directly. I heard back from them the very next day, and upon asking me several questions and instructing me to try out different things, my planter is now working properly. It turns out that the parts that make up the water gauge became loose when the planter shipped, but I was able to remove the unit, secure all of the parts, and place it back in the planter. I'm giving this planter 5 ★'s because with the excellent customer service of Crescent Garden, it is now working exactly as it should.This pot is everything it is advertised to be and more in terms of self watering. In 90° temperatures I am refilling it about every three weeks. The one reason I gave it four stars instead of five is the internal size of the pot. Much smaller than I anticipated it would be. I’m sure it’s due to the double wall insulated self watering construction, but it was still a surprise I had not anticipated. It means that the pot will accommodate fewer plants than you had planned for it’s size/diameter.I purchased the Crescent Garden Self Watering Planter to plant a lemon tree in. I am very pleased with the planter. Cresent Garden also has excellent customer service. I emailed the company website with a question and received an answer within a few hours.I would definitely recommend the planters. I need 5 more because now my neighbors want some for there property. I'm a truck driver so I'm barely home and these work perfectly. Unfortunately the sale is over so I guess I will wait for another one.My wife has purchased 8 of these and absolutely LOVES them!! Highly recommend.
