This pot is exactly what was needed to repot the ficus tree that just outgrew the previous clay pot. It is the right size for the tree and I expect that it will support this tree for a few more years.For $150, it should be made of a stone or concrete. It’s literally plastic. It shouldn’t be worth more than $70 max.It’s a beautiful and would be excellent for large plant or small tree. I have elephant ears in mine.Perfect for the ferns for my porch. Planters do not look plastic but concrete. Great look. Would recommend.This is a good pot in many ways. I love the look of it. Very pretty. The large size is exactly what I needed. The cost was lower than others, which is what drew me to this brand. Though I’m always shocked by the cost of things these days! In any case, I had read somewhere that this pot was double-walled, making it especially great for cold winters. We are below freezing for months at a time and I wanted that extra protection from the cold temperatures. It is not double-walled. I was surprised at how thin the one layer of plastic is. But because it looks so good and was the right size I’m giving it a chance. Winter will tell if it’s worth my trust and a five star rating. If so, I’ll come back and make the adjustment! If you live in a more temperate climate then I already highly recommend it for you.Pot looks really nice and with the "rolled" rim I was really hoping this pot would be a thick and insulating but instead it's thin plastic that passes light thru and the "rolled" rim is actually glued on to make it look thick. Probably will do a return.Shopped around at big-box stores and could not find a comparable version. The price was great. They are solid even if plastic. Three hols at bottom for drainage. Put in garden clothe in the bottom to prevent leaking of soil and limit intrusion by bugs if that is an issue. Great buy!These pots are sturdy and as of 10 years no roots have ever came thru.
